Our Wedding

It all began in 2018 when we met in a high school financial aid class. What started as casual conversations soon turned into a close friendship — the kind where we were always laughing and finding excuses to spend time together. We even ended up working side by side at Smoothie King, blending smoothies and sharing stories.Our first official date was actually our high school homecoming — a night full of fun, dancing, and memories we’ll never forget. Afterward, we grabbed sushi, and on the way home, Chance asked Emily to be his girlfriend. It was October 26, 2019 and the start of something truly special.After five amazing years of growing together, Chance proposed on the beach at Sullivan’s Island. The ocean breeze, the soft sand, and the quiet beauty of the moment made it feel like something out of a dream. It was romantic, meaningful, and unforgettable.What we love most about our relationship is that, no matter what, we’re best friends at the end of the day. We've shared so many milestones side by side, and now we can't wait to begin this next chapter — together forever.

Choosing a Maid of Honor was easy for Emily—it could only be her big sister, Hailey. Their bond is unbreakable, built on a lifetime of shared memories, unwavering support, and an incredible amount of love. Not only is Hailey Emily's best friend, but she has also formed a beautiful and strong connection with Chance. We both feel so lucky to have her as a constant source of guidance and love. We can’t wait to have her standing with us as we say "I do!"

Charity and Emily have been best friends since childhood, sharing countless memories and growing together through every phase of life. From sleepovers and school projects to navigating the ups and downs of adulthood, she's been by Emily's side. Charity and Chance have also known each other since childhood. Her unwavering support and genuine kindness have made her an irreplaceable part of our journey. We are beyond blessed to have her stand with us as we become husband and wife.

Charity Dennis 

From childhood days playing at Grandma’s house and swimming together, Ansley is Emily's younger cousin and has shared in so many chapters of Emily’s life, always bringing laughter, support, and unwavering love. Through every season, her presence has been irreplaceable—a constant source of joy, encouragement, and cherished memories. As we begin our life as husband and wife, we are beyond grateful to have you by our side, celebrating this moment as family and as lifelong friends. Ansley Riddle 

Ashlynn is Emily's little cousin, and she has been by her side through all of the ups and downs of life. From childhood memories to shared experiences, she's been a constant source of joy and support. Emily cherishes all of their shared moments together. Her favorite memories are those spent cooking in our grandparents' kitchen. We are so grateful to have her by our side on our wedding day.

Chance and Chris have been my friends since childhood, and we've shared countless memories—from riding four-wheelers to hanging out in the garage. Through every phase of life, they've been constant sources of support. We are incredibly grateful to have him by our side on our wedding day.

As both family and friend, Kyle has played a significant role in our lives. From bass fishing trips to simply hanging out, we've shared countless memories that have strengthened our bond over the years. Chance was honored to stand by Kyle's side at his wedding to Chance’s sister, Taylor, and now, we’re both equally thrilled to have him by our side on this special day. His support and friendship mean the world to us, and we feel truly lucky to call him family.

Christian is the bride's brother, and over the years, Chance and Christian have developed a close bond. From shared memories to good times spent together, his presence has been a cherished part of my life. We are honored to have him stand by us on this special day, celebrating not only the union of two people but also the joining of our families.

Christian Bowers 

Taylor and Chance have been best friends since they were kids, growing up in the same neighborhood and spending their days hanging out and riding dirt bikes together. Those early years built a bond that has lasted a lifetime. We've both seen how that friendship has grown and stayed strong through every season of life. Having Taylor stand beside Chance as a groomsman on our wedding day means so much to us, and we're incredibly grateful for the memories they share and the friendship that continues today.

Will met Chance through his older brother, James, and their friendship quickly became like family. From working on trucks to riding pit bikes together, they've shared countless memories. Emily’s younger cousin, Walker, has always been more like the little brother she never had. Growing up together, Walker filled her life with laughter, support, and unforgettable memories. Emily and Chance have cherished every moment cheering Walker on at countless baseball games. They couldn’t be prouder of the remarkable person he has become and are truly honored to have him stand with them on their wedding day.
